Summary Isabella Freedman Retreat Center, part of Adamah, Inc, is seeking a Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team in Falls Village, CT. This pivotal role is essential in enhancing our guests' experiences while promoting our commitment to sustainability and community values. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the front of house to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Serve guests and maintain guest dining areas. Implement effective inventory control measures. Handle customer inquiries and allergen needs, and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Foster a positive team environment that aligns with our mission. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant or conference center management or similar role. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices (ServSafe certification preferred). Ability to manage inventory effectively. Experience in staff training and development preferred. Ability to work autonomously AND as part of a cohesive team. Strong communication skills. Kosher knowledge a plus, as we specialize in kosher farm-to-table food service. Are you our next teammate?
