Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support in a fast paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

Performing data entry and maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, inventory and vendor accounts Handling inbound and outbound correspondence including but not limited to emails, calls and mail distribution Assisting in processing purchase orders, invoices, billing, and vendor documents Maintaining and updating file systems, both physical and digital, for financial, logistics and compliance records Preparing and distributing reports, memos and office communications as needed Providing administrative support in HR related clerical tasks such as but not limited to onboarding documents and employee records Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring the workplace remains stocked and organized Scheduling and arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management Ensuring compliance with company policies and record keeping regulations Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

•Saturday 6:30am start Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6:30am start Sunday

•Thursday 4:30pm start

Experience:
Preferred:

Minimum two (2)

•four (4) years of administrative experience in distribution or supply chain/logistics

Preferred:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership

Skills:

Physical abilities: Ability to stand, walk and sit throughout your day; Walking on a variety of flooring such as carpet, concrete, tile etc; Strong communication

Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and leaders on a daily basis

Organizational Skills:

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines; project management Working in a team based environment: Working independently and as a team player to ensure our customers are receiving orders timely and with the highest quality

Maintain and drive safety policies to all associates; driving for accountability of safe practices throughout shift
