•23/hour (based on experience) + overtime + growth potential
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday (occasional after hours and weekends for emergencies) About Us RestoPros of Fairfield County is a locally owned and operated restoration company specializing in water, fire and mold restoration . We take pride in helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly and safely after unexpected property damage. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and compassion for our customers. Position Summary We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to join our restoration team. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn the restoration trade. No prior restoration experience is required — we'll train the right person. Responsibilities Assist technicians with water extraction, demolition, debris removal, and cleanup Set up and monitor drying equipment Load/unload materials and tools for job sites Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various environments Dependable and punctual — strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in construction, cleaning, or restoration a plus but not required Benefits Competitive hourly pay with overtime On-the-job training and IICRC certification opportunities Advancement potential within RestoPros of Fairfield County Supportive, team-oriented environment
