Job Description
We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented team member to join our lighting manufacturing and warehouse team. The ideal candidate will assist in the production, finishing, assembly, and shipment of decorative lighting fixtures while maintaining quality standards and meeting production schedules. Key Responsibilities Perform metal finishing on lighting fixtures, including antiquing, cleaning, and surface preparation. Painting fixture components to meet quality specifications. Cut and handle glass components safely and accurately. Assemble lighting fixtures and related components according to production requirements. Inspect finished products for quality and workmanship. Package completed fixtures for shipment to customers. Prepare orders, label cartons, and assist with shipping and receiving activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, assembly, metal finishing, painting, or related production work preferred. Ability to use hand tools and basic shop equipment. Experience cutting glass is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
