Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read simple instructions and follow directions. Basic computer and scanner skills are helpful. Must be able to complete required safety training. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, stocking, or shipping experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse equipment is a plus. Strong attendance and dependability are required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays when needed. Ability to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards. Physical Capabilities Lift, carry, push, and pull products up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds at times. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch throughout the shift. Use hand-held scanners and computers to enter information. Work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures throughout the year. Safely operate warehouse equipment as trained. Job Duties Pick, pack, stock, and move customer orders in a warehouse setting. Load and unload freight to support shipping and receiving operations. Process customer orders accurately and on time. Perform inventory counts and assist with scheduled physical inventories. Follow instructions from warehouse leads, supervisors, and managers. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all workplace safety rules and procedures. Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations and complete other assigned duties.
