About the Role Floe is looking for a Fulfillment & Operations Technician to help prepare and ship our systems and installation materials to customers across North America. This is a physical, hands-on role involving cutting and organizing tubing, counting and sorting hardware, assembling installation kits, labeling components, packing shipments, preparing pallets, receiving and organizing inventory, updating and managing our fulfillment and inventory management software tools, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. We're looking for someone who is hard-working, reliable, honest, organized, and highly detail-oriented. Just as importantly, you should work in a careful and documented way. You will be expected to follow procedures and checklists, record completed work, document quantities and materials, take photos when required, and flag discrepancies or issues. A job isn't finished until the work has been checked and properly documented. No engineering background is required. For the right candidate, this position could grow into a full-time role with additional responsibilities and opportunities for advancement as Floe continues to scale. Responsibilities Customer Kit Assembly & Fulfillment Cut and prepare tubing and other materials for customer installations. Break down bulk materials and assemble customer kits according to instructions and checklists. Use wrenches and other basic hand tools to pre-assemble components Count, sort, label, and package fittings, hardware, fasteners, and other components. Verify quantities and components to ensure orders are complete and accurate. Print product guides and manuals using a standard office printer and computer Pack boxes and prepare pallets and customer orders for shipment. Print and attach shipping labels to the correct packages Move packed boxes to pick-up area and schedule courier pickups Inventory & Materials Receive, unpack, sort, and organize incoming materials. Stock shelves and work areas and pick materials for upcoming orders. Count inventory and help maintain accurate quantities. Identify damaged, missing, or low-stock materials. Keep inventory clearly labeled and organized. Move materials between storage areas at different sites. Shop & General Operations Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas. Move materials and equipment and help load and unload deliveries. Assist with packaging, shipping labels, pallets, and other shipment preparation. Use basic hand and power tools for assembly and preparation work. Help with other hands-on operational tasks as needed. Because Floe is a growing company, there may also be opportunities to help with other projects depending on your interests and experience. What We're Looking For Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, assembly, manufacturing, construction, landscaping, maintenance, mechanical work, or another hands-on job is helpful, but not required. We care most about finding someone who works hard, follows instructions, takes pride in their work, and can be trusted to do the job correctly.

Additional Qualifications Experience safely using basic hand and power tools is preferred. Experience with machine shop tools or equipment is a plus, but not required. Mechanical aptitude or experience building, repairing, or fabricating physical systems is a plus. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred, but not required. Willingness to occasionally drive between Floe facilities, pick up materials, or support local operational needs is a plus. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, carry, pack, and move materials throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a shop, warehouse, or light manufacturing environment.
