$20 an hour (+$1.50 shift differential for any hours worked between 7pm-7am)

Schedule Job Overview:

The Food Production

•General Labor position plays a key role in supporting the production and packaging of feta cheese in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assisting with production line operations, handling materials, and completing sanitation (CIP) tasks to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality process.

Responsibilities:

Support daily production operations on the cheese line Package finished product and handle materials throughout the process Operate and assist with equipment as needed Follow all safety, quality, and food production standards (GMP, HACCP, SOPs) Perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) and general sanitation duties Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Accurately complete production documentation and checklists Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly Assist in other areas as needed to support team and production goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or food production experience Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting, moving throughout shift) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math and computer skills
