Job Description

IQ Resource Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Generalist for a Food Production company in Waupaca, WI. Call IQ Resource Group at 920-982-3660 to apply or for more information.

3:55pm to 4am
Location:
Waupaca, WI Summary:
This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting production goals.
Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Support warehouse functions such as receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Work independently while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Previous forklift experience required (warehouse experience preferred). Experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
