Job Description

Role Overview:
As a Fabrication worker, you'll be responsible for helping with manufacturing and fabrication of a variety of BuiltRight Industries products in preparation for assembly. You'll work together with our engineering team to train on process and manufacture outstanding products. You'll work with operations and assembly to assign priorities and keep parts flowing through the department. Like all members of the BuiltRight team, you'll be expected to chip in wherever help is needed!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the laser cutter and press brake under supervision Deburr, sand, drill, and finish cut parts using an orbital sander, drill press, hand drill, and saw Check material, gauge, and finished dimensions against spec before parts move downstream Stage finished parts for powder coat or assembly Spot process gaps and bring them to your lead Keep the fab area and shared tools clean and organized
Qualifications:
You graduated high school or have a certificate equivalent to a high school degree. You can lift up to 50 lbs. and are able to operate warehouse equipment (we will train) You are willing to work a flexible schedule that may include some overtime during our busy seasons. You will be moving often but can stand for periods of time while building parts. You take pride in your work.
