Duties Accurately pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning technology and RF scanners to ensure precise order fulfillment. Operate various material handling equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods with manual handling techniques and adherence to safety protocols. Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), conducting stock counts, updating records, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Prepare packages for shipping by boxing, labeling, and securing items according to quality standards and shipping requirements. Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspecting for damages or discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and adhering to safety procedures including PPE use. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for logistics is advantageous. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely; physical stamina is essential. Commitment to safety protocol adherence, including proper PPE use during all tasks involving heavy lifting or equipment operation. Excellent attention to detail for quality control during picking, packing, and inventory management.
