This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a custom machine building shop, supporting machining operations, fabrication, and assembly processes. You will play a vital part in ensuring high-quality production standards while gaining valuable experience with hands on training. Duties Support fabrication processes such as measuring, cutting materials to be fabricated for assembly Ability to use precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions a plus. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following safety protocols and performing routine inspections of equipment and workspace. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is not required; If you take pride in your work, like solving problems, and show up ready to work, we want you on our team and will help advance your knowledge in manufacturing parts and machine building. Competence in operating hand tools, tooling equipment, and safety gear necessary for assembly work.
