Job Description
Position Summary The Warehouse Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing a variety of products for shipment across multiple product lines. This role supports warehouse operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, safely operating material handling equipment, and utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and mobile devices to complete daily tasks efficiently. Primary Responsibilities Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently for shipment Handle a variety of product types Use WMS/ERP systems and mobile devices (handheld scanners, tablets) for picking Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, walk-behinds, and reach trucks) Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Required Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Foundational knowledge of computer systems and mobile applications required Comfortable using handheld scanners, tablets, or similar devices Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a high level of accuracy Preferred Qualifications Prior warehouse experience in picking and packing functions Experience working with WMS/ERP inventory systems Forklift safety certification Hands-on experience operating pallet jacks, walk-behind equipment, and reach trucks Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods of time Regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 80 pounds Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials Performing repetitive motions and manual handling tasks These duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. Work Environment Warehouse setting with exposure to industrial equipment, moving machinery, temperature variations, and moderate noise levels.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
