Job Overview Join our small dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations and logistics within a collaborative team setting. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, order pickers and pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other equipment Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols Maintain accurate data entry for shipping & receiving logs, inventory counts, and order documentation Assist with stocking shelves, organizing warehouse space, and ensuring products are stored correctly according to trade compliance standards Support shipping logistics by preparing packages for dispatch and coordinating with carriers for timely deliveries Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and assist with cycle counts using inventory management systems like ERP or AS400 Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as Shoplify Ability to operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Ability to lift 50lbs Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in order picking & packing processes Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures is advantageous Customer service orientation to support internal teams and external carriers effectively Join us as a Warehouse Associate where your energy fuels our success! $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
