Position Summary We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role that spans warehouse operations (picking / receiving), customer deliveries, and converting and machining operations. The right candidate takes ownership of their work, shows up ready to contribute, and treats customers and teammates with respect. The role has opportunity for growth for team members who demonstrate reliability, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Reports To:

Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments accurately Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed Operate basic material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts) Support converting activities and machine operations Learn basic converting and machining workflows to provide flexible coverage across the production floor Delivery & Customer Service Perform local and regional deliveries to customer facilities, including VMI routes, using a company vehicle Ensure orders are loaded correctly, delivered on time, and in good condition Obtain delivery confirmations and maintain accurate delivery records Represent The Binding Source professionally at every customer interaction Communicate any delivery issues or customer feedback to the team promptly Required Qualifications Valid Connecticut driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Basic math and English reading skills sufficient to verify orders and complete paperwork Familiarity with safe material handling practices Reliable personal transportation to and from the Torrington facility Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or delivery experience Experience with inventory or order management systems

Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate:

$18.00 per hour
