Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring Warehouse Associates for a distribution center in Whitehouse, OH. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment! Depending on the available opening, Warehouse Associates may work in areas including packing, shipping and receiving, inventory control, material handling, and forklift operation. We are currently hiring for both general warehouse positions and forklift-focused opportunities.

Pay & Schedule Pay:

$18.00/hour 1st

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

•Overtime may be mandatory during the week and on Sundays. Responsibilities Depending on the assigned position, responsibilities may include: Pack, prepare, and process customer orders Receive and process inbound and outbound shipments Load and unload pallets and shipments Pick, pack, label, and move products throughout the warehouse Scan items and update inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory control Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other material handling equipment Operate stand-up and reach truck forklifts for designated forklift openings Verify the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing shipments Handle returns and complete required documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns Lift materials and remain on your feet for extended periods Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, packing, or material handling experience preferred Stand-up forklift and reach truck experience is required for forklift-specific openings Previous forklift experience is preferred for other warehouse opportunities Experience using RF scanners and basic computer systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and move materials as needed Willingness and ability to work required overtime About Cardinal Staffing At Cardinal Staffing, a Surestaff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
