Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and RF scanners to ensure accuracy and safety. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker tools and inventory management software to meet delivery deadlines. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs, and inventory management software. Load outbound shipments onto trucks efficiently while adhering to shipping logistics standards and trade compliance regulations. Conduct regular stock replenishment, stocking activities, and cycle counts to keep inventory levels accurate across warehouse distribution points. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks safely while following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shipping & receiving processes, order fulfillment accuracy, and proper packaging for e-commerce or bulk distribution. Support warehouse operations by participating in process improvements related to logistics, international trade regulations, and trade compliance standards. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or ERP systems), inventory management software, RF scanners, and MRP systems is highly advantageous. Basic math skills are essential for counting stock accurately and processing transactions efficiently. Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking & packing, shipping logistics, and stock control procedures. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and support customer service initiatives related to order fulfillment.
