The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, move at a quick pace, and be physically capable of standing for long periods, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds by hand, and pushing or pulling up to 300 pounds using mechanical aids. Strong communication skills, an active commitment to warehouse cleanliness, steel-toed footwear, and a fully cleared pre-employment drug screening are required for this position.
