Experience Requirements 1 year Reach truck forklift experience Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance. Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience operating equipment and machinery in a transportation, warehousing, or manufacturing setting desired but not required. Ability to read blueprints Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment. Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Equipment Operator.
