Job Overview Job Summary We are seeking an Inventory Control Clerk I to support daily warehouse inventory operations. This position will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and operating material-handling equipment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience , strong attention to detail, and experience with cycle counting and warehouse management systems. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts and research inventory discrepancies. Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes. Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required data entry. Verify material identification, quantities, and warehouse/put-away locations. Operate forklifts and other material-handling/power equipment . Monitor inventory aging, lots, and expiration dates. Run inventory reports and assist with inventory-related metrics. Work with Warehouse, Material Handling, and Manufacturing teams. Support internal and external audits related to inventory control. Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse/storage areas. Complete housekeeping and area organization audits. Follow all safety, PPE, SOP, quality, and regulatory requirements. Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Support overtime or weekend work when required. Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of relevant warehouse/inventory experience. Hands-on inventory control and cycle counting experience . Experience investigating inventory discrepancies. Experience with material-handling equipment/power equipment . Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel . Experience with ERP/MRP systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
