Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and RF scanners to ensure safe and efficient handling of goods Drive and deliver restaurant equipment in a pick up truck as well as a 26' box truck with liftgate. No CDL required but must be comfortable driving a large box truck in distances that are 2 hours away. Assemble some commercial restaurant equipment (training provided) Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker tools and inventory management software Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring stock levels are up-to-date Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move pallets and organize stock within the facility Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to uphold inventory accuracy and support trade compliance standards Assist with shipping & receiving processes by preparing documentation in accordance with international trade regulations and ERP systems Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring optimal workflow for order fulfillment Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, load & unload procedures, and inventory management software Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, forklift trucks (certification preferred), and trade compliance tools Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate records through data entry systems like MRP or AS400 Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service efforts Knowledge of shipping logistics, international trade regulations, and ERP systems will be advantageous Embrace this opportunity to grow your career in a vibrant warehouse environment where your skills directly contribute to our success.
