In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting overall warehouse operations to ensure seamless distribution. Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, adhering to order specifications and quality standards. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs, and inventory management software. Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies promptly. Support shipping and receiving processes by preparing shipping labels, completing documentation in compliance with trade regulations and international trade laws. Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols. Assist with stocking shelves, packaging products securely for transit, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order fulfillment and inventory tracking. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure precise record keeping. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire; experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus. Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively. Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order picking/packing procedures is advantageous.
