This role is responsible for loading and unloading products, operating a forklift, making local deliveries and pickups, and supporting warehouse operations.

Employment Type:

Full-time | Temp-to-Hire (contract-to-hire with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance) What You'll Do Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Operate a forklift (experience required) Make local deliveries and pickups using company vehicles Transport materials between facilities Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations Verify incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support production and logistics teams as needed What We're Looking For Previous forklift experience preferred Experience driving box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills English proficiency required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work safely and effectively with various mattress materials, including latex, copper, foam, fabric, and other components used in mattress manufacturing. Must be able to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, including gripping, grasping, pressing, pulling, and pushing, throughout the workday.

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 6:30am- 2:30pm (Includes paid lunch break) Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.
