Our warehouse team supports multiple departments, including loading and receiving, chairs and furniture, cooking and catering equipment, inventory, and general warehouse operations. Depending on your department, your responsibilities may include picking and pulling rental items, inspecting and preparing equipment, loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, cleaning and storing rental products, and ensuring all items are in exceptional condition before leaving the warehouse. Duties Pick, pull, prepare, and organize rental equipment according to event orders and department needs. Inspect rental items to ensure they are clean, complete, functional, and in excellent condition before leaving the warehouse. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently, including handling chairs, tables, furniture, cooking equipment, and other rental items. Assist with receiving incoming rental equipment and returning items to their proper storage locations. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure products are easy to locate and ready for upcoming events. Properly clean, sanitize, and store rental equipment following company standards. Assist the Loading Dock team with staging orders and preparing trucks for daily deliveries and pickups. Work within the Chairs & Furniture department to sort, stack, inspect, and prepare furniture and event seating. Support the Cooking & Catering Equipment department by preparing, organizing, cleaning, and safely storing kitchen and catering equipment. Communicate with warehouse team members and supervisors regarding order accuracy, missing items, damaged equipment, and inventory needs. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and proper lifting and handling techniques. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the warehouse. Operate warehouse equipment and tools as trained and authorized. Assist with inventory counts and help identify damaged, missing, or misplaced rental items. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned by management. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and in varying temperatures as needed. Previous warehouse, event rental, logistics, delivery, catering, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is a plus. Must be willing to follow Atlas Event Rental procedures and safety standards.
