Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 to track inventory, process orders, and manage stock levels efficiently Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure accuracy and timeliness Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels through inventory management software to prevent shortages or overstocking Prepare shipments by packaging products securely, verifying shipping labels, and coordinating with shipping logistics providers for timely delivery Maintain accurate data entry records of all transactions related to shipping & receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and trade compliance procedures Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively Excellent basic math skills for counting inventory, verifying quantities, and calculating measurements Experience with warehouse operations including stocking, packaging, load & unload processes Skilled in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and external partners This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in logistics while supporting a high-functioning warehouse environment.
