This is currently a solo role - with the potential to grow into a supervisory position managing an additional team member as our operations expand. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and can build/ continue building good processes from the ground up. Duties Manage all warehouse operations independently: receiving, storage, order picking/staging, and shipping Safely receive, handle, and move heavy and oversized materials Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts Inspect inbound shipments for damage or discrepancies and document accordingly Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, slab cart/A-frame, pallet jack, etc.) Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards across all warehouse operations. Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards Coordinate with office on order timing, material availability, and delivery scheduling Identify and recommend process improvements as volume grows As the team grows, help train and eventually oversee an additional warehouse team member Qualifications 1+ years of warehouse experience; comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Forklift certification Experience safely handling heavy, oversized, or fragile materials Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and safely maneuver heavier loads with equipment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic comfort with computers High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred / Bonus Experience moving and handling heavy material (slabs, stone, tile, etc.) strongly preferred Prior experience in countertops/stone fabrication/building materials/similar industry Experience with an inventory software

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
