• Friday We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our team in Clearwater. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and inventory control. The ideal candidate must be able to operate a forklift. Key Responsibilities
• R eceive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and damage
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment
• Transport materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Pick, pack, stage, and deliver materials to production lines and shipping areas
• Order, track, and maintain materials needed for production
• Follow manufacturing orders, work instructions, and safety procedures with little supervision
• Monitor production schedules and communicate updates between departments
• Assist with tracking machine run times and manufacturing orders to support production planning
• Perform routine inspections on warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times Qualifications
• 2•4 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, or material handling • Forklift and warehouse equipment experience required • Basic computer and Excel skills for inventory tracking and data entry • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management • Ability to work independently, stay on task, and adapt to changing production needs • Must be able to pass a drug test + clean background Our Commitment to
