Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic distribution center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipping processes. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems are highly valued. The Warehouse Worker will play a vital role in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Schedule:

Mon-Fri will be 8AM-4:30PM, 12:30-1:00PM Lunch (unpaid). Two paid 15-minute breaks. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and order picker equipment Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting and data entry in warehouse management systems Operate heavy equipment including pallet jacks, and mechanical tools following OSHA safety standards Stock shelves and organize materials to optimize space utilization and accessibility Assist with shipping & receiving activities ensuring timely dispatch of products Support materials handling tasks including loading & unloading trucks and palletizing goods Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and mechanical knowledge requirements Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to improve workflow efficiency and inventory accuracy Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution or manufacturing environments Ability to operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks safely Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to warehouse operations and heavy equipment operation Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, stocking, order picking, packing, and load/unload tasks Experience with RF scanners, order fulfillment processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling techniques Previous warehouse experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in warehouse management systems, heavy equipment operation, and logistics coordination within a professional setting.
