We buy produce from more than 20 small Florida farms every week, and we sell it at our markets and through an online farmers market with delivery across Miami-Dade. The role The Warehouse Assistant receives and prepares the produce that moves through our markets and delivery program each week. Because the produce is fresh and perishable, this role keeps it sorted, cold, and counted so that the market and delivery teams start each day with accurate stock. Schedule 5 to 10 hours per week on Fridays, with possible Saturday and Sunday shifts. The warehouse is in Dania Beach. Responsibilities Receive produce from partner farms and check it against the week's purchase list Sort, weigh, and pack produce for delivery and for weekly produce boxes Keep the cooler and storage area clean and organized Record weekly inventory counts Load vehicles for deliveries and markets Requirements Warehouse, grocery, or food handling experience Able to stand for several hours and lift up to 50 pounds Reliable attendance on scheduled shifts Customer service experience is a plus

Pay:
