You'll be responsible for safely delivering products to customers, managing warehouse tasks (shipping/receiving), and ensuring smooth route execution. Duties Safely operate box truck, forklifts, and other smaller commercial vehicles for receiving and deliveries. Load and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring items are handled with care. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Manage warehouse responsibilities including organizing inventory, moving stock, and maintaining a clean workspace. Assist with route planning and navigation to optimize delivery efficiency while adhering to schedules. Support team efforts by helping load deliveries, restocking supplies, and maintaining accurate delivery logs. Skills Ability to operate standing forklift, counterbalance forklift, and pallet jacks safely. Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or similar roles involving route driving. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Previous warehouse experience including loading/unloading, heavy lifting, and inventory management. Comfortable with physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving items throughout the workday. Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, warehouse operations, and equipment use.
