Dock Hand Gulf Stream Boat Club - Delray Beach, FL Gulf Stream Boat Club is seeking an experienced Dock Hand to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. If you have boating experience, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you. You'll help create an outstanding experience for our members by preparing boats, assisting with departures and arrivals, providing new member orientations, and ensuring our premium fleet is maintained to the highest standards. Schedule Full-time, Friday - Tuesday. Weekend and holiday availability is required (excluding Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day) Responsibilities Prepare boats for daily reservations Monitor reservation schedules and coordinate vessel turnarounds Welcome and assist members and guests upon arrival Safely dock, slip, maneuver, and refuel boats Conduct on-water orientations for new members (driving, docking, anchoring practice) Ensure members understand onboard safety equipment and safe boating procedures Clean, wash, and detail boats after each reservation Represent Gulf Stream Boat Club with professionalism and a concierge-level approach to customer service Qualifications Required Prior boating experience - Safely dock, slip, maneuver, and refuel boats 20-28 feet. Knowledge of boating safety and marine best practices Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation and punctuality Preferred Marine maintenance or mechanical experience is a plus Boat detailing experience Experience providing customer training or new member orientations Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Tips Opportunities for additional hours Why Join Gulf Stream Boat Club's Team?
