JOB FUNCTIONS

Learn everything you can about flags & flagpoles Receiving inventory Putting inventory & supplies away Preparing products and promotional material for shipment Packaging and shipping orders in accordance with brand guidelines Fulfill and pack orders with a focus on accuracy and quality control Anticipating change and adapting accordingly Work as a team member with other departments Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional behavior Work Weekdays

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organization, follow-through, and decision-making skills Basic math and computer skills required Detail-oriented, detail-oriented, oh, and detail-oriented Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds using correct form Ability to be on your feet for most of the day Ability to take direction Aptitude to learn new processes and systems quickly Comfortable with both physical tasks (lifting, packing) and computer systems Must speak fluent English Strong written and verbal communication skills Flexible and able to multitask; can work within a fast-moving environment Must work well with others! Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties Regular attendance is required
