Tacy Medical, Inc. is looking for a warehouse worker with clerical skills to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. We hope to promote our Warehouse Workers into an office position when available. Starting wage is $15/hour-weekly payroll with a potential increase after 90 days. Responsibilities Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Report any discrepancies Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Skills Good organizational and time management skills Office experience a plus Ability to lift heavy objects Ability to effectively communicate, understand, and empathize. Ability to interact with others respectfully and develop productive working relationship to minimize conflict and maximize rapport. Ability to build sincerity and trust; moderate behaviors (less impulsive) and enhance agreeableness.
