Now Hiring Construction Laborers for a site at the Fort Myers Airport Job Description The General Laborer supports construction activities at an airport project site by performing a wide range of physical and site maintenance tasks. This role focuses on keeping the job site clean and organized, handling materials and equipment, and assisting with basic construction-related duties to ensure safe and efficient operations. Collect, bag, and dispose of trash and construction debris in designated areas. Unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and deliveries and move them to appropriate locations on site. Assist with moving furniture and other items as needed throughout the facility. Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, clearing walkways, and preparing work areas for tradespeople. Use hand and power tools safely to support basic construction and site preparation activities as directed. Support construction crews with material handling and job site setup and breakdown. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Work collaboratively with supervisors and coworkers to complete daily tasks and respond to changing site needs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00/hr.
