Join our team in Fort Myers as a Night Shift Warehouse Worker! This role offers full 40-hour weeks with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off, working in a dynamic environment focused on beverage distribution and next-day route delivery.
Pay Rate:
$18/hr.
Duration:
2-months contract (Long term, potentially temp to hire)
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday 11 PM-9 AM What You ll Do Daily
  • Build orders for dock routes accurately per invoice guidelines via case picking or bottle line assembly.
  • Load delivery route trucks with product according to computerized loading schematics.
  • Safely operate a variety of material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, keg forks, dock stockers, clamp trucks, and floor scrubbers.
  • Perform daily inspections on assigned machinery, report equipment deficiencies, and keep work zones clean, safe, and organized. What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Ability to frequently carry and lift up to 65 lbs, with physical endurance for extended standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending, and squatting.
  • Prior warehouse or equipment operator experience is preferred (High School Diploma or GED preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, solid English communication skills (written and verbal), and high attention to detail.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability for overnight schedules, and the ability to handle beverage alcohol products responsibly.
Workplace:
This is a 100% onsite role in a fast-paced beverage distribution warehouse. The position demands active continuous motion, physical case handling, and equipment driving across night shifts.
Contract Terms:
This is a temporary/contract engagement focused on immediate operational support;standard corporate health benefits and paid time off are not provided during the initial contract duration.
