We are a growing custom t-shirt company that produces orders in-house, from print preparation to heat pressing, packing, and fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, creative, organized, and a fast learner . You do not need prior printing experience, although experience with t-shirt printing, heat press machines, DTF transfers, warehouse production, or fulfillment is definitely a plus. We are looking for someone who can learn our systems, follow procedures carefully, and eventually understand every part of the production and warehouse process properly. Responsibilities Assist with daily production of custom t-shirts, apparel, and customer orders Use heat press equipment to apply DTF transfers and custom designs Pick, prepare, pack, and organize orders for accurate fulfillment Carefully follow order details, artwork instructions, sizes, colors, and production notes Perform quality control checks throughout the production and packing process Help manage production materials, apparel blanks, transfers, and supplies Use technology, order systems, scanners, or warehouse tools to track and complete work accurately Support shipping, receiving, stocking, and order staging as needed Keep workstations clean, organized, safe, and efficient Follow warehouse procedures and learn each step of the production workflow Work closely with the team to maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during busy periods Skills & Qualifications Very tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, equipment, and processes Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Fast learner with the ability to pick up warehouse and production procedures quickly Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks in a fast-moving environment Creative mindset and interest in custom apparel, design, printing, or product creation Comfortable with hands-on work, standing, moving, lifting, organizing, and packing Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Strong work ethic and ability to work well with a team Able to maintain quality and accuracy while working at a steady pace Bonus Experience Experience in printing or apparel production is helpful, but not required . We are willing to train the right person. Bonus points if you have experience with: T-shirt printing or apparel decoration Heat press equipment DTF transfers or transfer printing Warehouse production or fulfillment Picking, packing, shipping, or receiving Inventory organization or stock management Creative production, custom products, or design-related work What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn, grow, and become a valuable part of our production team.
