Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently handling various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Duties Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control. Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts safely and efficiently. Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing products for distribution. Maintain organization of stock within the warehouse to facilitate easy access and retrieval. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols. Support warehouse management in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Skills Previous experience in warehouse operations or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and order fulfillment processes is advantageous. Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation requirements. Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting of warehouse equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle stock and inventory management. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within a team setting. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required in a warehouse environment.
