We are seeking to add a member to our growing West Wind Provisions family! We are a local purveyor of the Boars Head brand. We are seeking someone to both efficiently pick orders and help to rotate time sensitive inventory. The job will also entail working within our retail partners to deliver their orders, merchandise product in a way to promote sales, check orders into accounts with accuracy and provide product knowledge.

This role requires a demonstrated passion for team work, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment. This position is for a job Monday through Friday with shifts starting at 6am (4am Thursday) approx 35-45 hours a week Benefits package includes access to health insurance, dental, vision, and a retirement plan. Job Description Responsible for warehouse inventory movement including: Weekly physical inventory Maintain a clean and well organized work space Weekly delivery check in Final order processing, scale operation, and invoicing Manage short coding to minimize shrink (FIFO) High school diploma or equivalent; including basic math and reasoning Ability to speak and read English Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical Requirements Ability to stand for a minimum of 6 hours Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs Ability to climb stairs Working Conditions Ability to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment Works well as a team mate Courteous and professional demeanor with customers in a retail environment Training and Certification Requirements Scale Operation Forklift Certification preferred
