Warehouse Associate / Duct Fabrication Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Associate / Duct Fabrication Technician to support daily operations through material handling and light production of HVAC components. This role includes fabrication of basic metal items and fiberglass duct materials, along with standard warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools and materials in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate basic duct board components Cut, assemble, and prepare fiberglass duct board materials Read and follow basic measurements and fabrication layouts Receive, organize, and maintain HVAC inventory (equipment, parts, and materials) Pick and stage materials for install and service teams Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with inventory counts and report shortages or damages

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
