Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Draft Beverage Equipment Technician Helper/General Labor! In this energetic role, you'll assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of draft beverage equipment, ensuring the systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Assist with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of draft beverage equipment using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to support maintenance tasks. Support the setup and operation of refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and mechanical components. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues with equipment and perform basic repairs or escalate as needed. Help with equipment cleaning, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Operate company vehicles safely for delivery or service calls while adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including repair logs and inspection reports. Experience Prior experience with appliance repair or installation is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in reading schematics and using ladder logic is advantageous. Hands-on experience with electrical work, plumbing, refrigeration systems, or equipment troubleshooting is highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and ladder use safely is essential. Customer service skills are a plus for interacting professionally with clients during installations or service visits. Experience working with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) procedures will help you succeed in this role. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles or delivery driving is preferred.
