Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Deliveries Deliver products safely and on time to automotive collision repair shops. Load and unload products safely. Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery. Represent the company professionally while visiting customers. Collect payments or delivery confirmations when required. Store Operations Prepare and stage customer orders. Receive and organize incoming inventory. Restock shelves and maintain product displays. Keep the store clean, organized, and professional. Assist with inventory counts and stock control. Customer Service Answer incoming customer phone calls. Contact customers regarding deliveries, product availability, and order updates. Assist walk-in customers with product selection and order pickup. Support the outside sales team by helping maintain excellent customer relationships. Paint Mixing & Technical Support Mix standard automotive refinishing products such as primers, clear coats, and hardeners. Weigh and tint darker automotive colors following established procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mixing room. Learn automotive paint systems and color matching techniques over time. General Support Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (training provided if needed). Follow all company safety procedures. Assist with any additional tasks needed to support daily store operations. QualificationsRequired Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, organized, and self-motivated. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer applications. Preferred (Not Required) Experience in automotive refinishing, paint, body shop, or automotive parts. Retail or inventory management experience. Forklift experience. Bilingual (English and Spanish). What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Enjoys helping customers.
