Downtown Kissimmee, Florida We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for helping with the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Our company ships books, boardgames, and learning materials throughout the state. We are looking for someone who is reliable, works well with others, stays organized, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise Pick and pack customer orders accurately Prepare and label packages for shipment Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe Check products and shipments for damage or discrepancies Safely move boxes and merchandise throughout the warehouse Assist with other warehouse duties as needed Qualifications Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to follow instructions and established procedures Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds Basic reading, writing, and math skills Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is helpful, but not required What We're Looking For The right person for this position takes pride in doing their job correctly, shows up ready to work, and understands that every member of the team plays an important role in keeping our operation running smoothly.
