Window Service Technician We are looking for a Window Service Technician to join our construction team. This role is split between field service work and warehouse support. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing window issues at various job sites using a company vehicle. Must be punctual!

Primary Responsibilities Field Service:

Diagnose window problems, including damaged glass, faulty seals, broken hardware, or frame issues. Perform repairs such as glass replacement, frame restoration, hardware adjustments, and weatherproofing. Install new windows or replacement units as needed. Ensure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications. Maintain clean, organized job sites and uphold professional appearance and conduct. Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repair options, timelines, and maintenance recommendations. Document work performed, materials used, and service outcomes. Coordinate with office staff, installers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of service tasks. Warehouse Support (On slow days): Load and unload materials. Organize inventory and put away stock. Maintain a clean and safe workspace. Requirements Experience in window installation, glazing, or general carpentry. Knowledge of window types, materials (wood, aluminum, vinyl, PVC), and glass compositions. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and structural issues. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in various environments. Valid driver's license and clean driving record . Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
