We are currently hiring General Laborers and Finishers to support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations . This position is ideal for individuals with experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse work, construction, or metal finishing . The General Laborer will assist with material handling, equipment operation, product assembly, grinding and finishing metal parts, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace . Candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties in manufacturing, warehouse, and production environments Assist with construction and maintenance tasks, including carrying materials and supporting equipment operation Load and unload materials and shipments in warehouse operations Support manufacturing and production lines by assembling products and operating machinery Use hand tools and power tools such as grinders and sanders to finish metal parts Remove defects, smooth welds, and deburr metal components to meet quality standards Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Prepare parts for painting, packaging, or shipping Maintain clean work areas and perform janitorial duties when needed Follow workplace safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or production preferred Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools Attention to detail and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Minimum Months of Experience in
