What You'll Do as a Shipping Associate (Loader/Unloader): Track and record incoming food products from production accurately Pick and prepare orders for outbound shipments based on daily schedules Safely move stacked plastic crates of food products using a hand truck, ensuring trailers are loaded and unloaded efficiently Move materials and equipment throughout the facility to support operations Maintain clean, organized, and safe shipping and storage areas Perform inventory counts and ensure product accuracy Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace guidelines Support team operations with additional tasks as needed Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

At least 6 months of experience in shipping, receiving, food production, or warehouse work Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and safety procedures Ability to meet CDC Food Handling and safety standards Comfortable working in a physically active role with frequent lifting and movement Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move heavier wheeled equipment as needed Strong attention to detail when handling inventory and orders Experience and ability to use pallet jacks, hand truck, and dolly Dependable attendance and flexibility to work overtime Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality standards We hire
