We're currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to support product customization and daily warehouse operations for a growing home products company in Largo, FL. This hands-on role combines creative projects—such as painting, stenciling, vinyl cutting, and personalization—with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. If you enjoy crafting and working with your hands, experience from hobbies, personal projects, or a side business is welcome! Key Responsibilities Customize products through painting, monogramming, stenciling, and vinyl application. Use Cricut, Silhouette Cameo, or similar equipment to cut and apply designs. Measure and position designs accurately, following customer order instructions. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before shipping. Pick, pack, and ship orders, including preparing packages and printing labels. Receive and put away inventory, assist with returns, and keep work areas organized. Additional Responsibilities & Expectations Balance customization projects with daily warehouse needs to meet production and shipping goals. Maintain clean, organized tools and workspaces. Learn new equipment and processes as production needs grow. Work independently while communicating and collaborating with the team. Optional weekend shifts may be available during peak season. Required Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail. Willingness to perform both creative production and warehouse tasks. Ability to follow instructions and learn new tools and processes. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. Reliable transportation to the Largo work location. Nice to Have Experience with painting, crafting, stenciling, monogramming, or product personalization. Familiarity with Cricut, Silhouette Cameo, vinyl cutting, heat presses, or embroidery. Background in picking, packing, shipping, or small-batch production. Previous professional customization experience is helpful but not required. Personal projects, hobbies, and home-based crafting experience are also valued. Compensation & Benefits $19-$21 per hour, based on experience. Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM & occasional Sunday's needed Full-time, in-person, in Largo, FL Performance-based raises within 90 days.
