Shift Location:

Lutz, FL (Pasco County) We are currently hiring General Labor / Assembly Associates to join our team at our clean, climate-controlled facility in Lutz, FL. This is a great opportunity for reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift & Pay:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime may be required on Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed)

Pay Rate:

$15.00 per hour

Hours:

40+ hours per week with overtime opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble small products or components following work instructions and diagrams Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and completeness prior to packaging Package finished products and ensure proper labeling for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with loading, unloading, and stocking materials as needed Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Punctual, dependable, and reliable Ability to speak, read, and understand English Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse or assembly experience (a plus, but not required) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Why Work With Us? Qualifications:
