Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dependable Moving Labor staff to support relocation projects by assisting with the physical movement of goods and materials. Duties Assist with loading and unloading trucks, containers, and storage units using appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks and clamp trucks Support the movement of furniture, boxes, appliances, and other items safely and efficiently within warehouse or client premises Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, cranes, or other machinery when properly trained and certified Use RF scanners for inventory management, order picking, shipping, and receiving processes Follow OSHA safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment during all moving activities Help with organizing materials in warehouse storage areas according to warehouse management system (WMS) protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of moving tasks while adhering to safety standards Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or construction environments is preferred but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts or clamp trucks is advantageous Knowledge of warehouse safety standards including OSHA regulations Experience with materials handling tools like pallet jacks and order pickers (including pickers) is a plus Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions clearly and accurately Valid certifications for forklift or crane operation are desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided for qualified candidates Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is beneficial Join us in delivering exceptional moving services by bringing energy, precision, and safety awareness to every task.
