Job Description

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking General Laborers to work a project in Cape Canaveral, FL!

PAY:

$16 -$18 AM/PM shift

START:

Asap Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and become a vital part of our manufacturing operations! In this energetic role, you will support production processes by performing essential manual tasks, ensuring safety standards are upheld, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your hands-on contributions will help drive efficiency, quality, and safety across the facility. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in manufacturing while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks Support team members in cleanup, and site restoration activities Assist with assembly, fiber, and material handling tasks across the production line Operate basic machinery and tools following safety protocols and standard operating procedures Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone on site Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Heavy lifting up to 50lbs

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction, maintenance, or related skilled trades Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team Good communication skills for coordinating tasks and safety procedures Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites. Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
