Job Summary:

Betancourt Cargo Express LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. The position is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, preparing, and moving cargo while helping maintain accurate inventory and a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments and cargo. Load, unload, move, and organize freight within the warehouse. Prepare orders and shipments for transportation. Verify quantities, labels, and shipment documentation. Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Safely operate basic warehouse equipment and material-handling tools. Keep storage areas clean, organized, and accessible. Follow company procedures for cargo handling, packaging, and storage. Assist with picking, packing, staging, and dispatching shipments. Follow all workplace safety and transportation regulations. Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, logistics, or freight-handling experience is preferred. Ability to lift and move packages and cargo safely. Good organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow safety procedures and operational instructions.

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
