Miami-dade, FL Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Maintenance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while assisting with general warehouse operations as needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but Spanish-only or English-only candidates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse. Sweep, mop, and remove trash from warehouse and work areas. Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs as needed. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials. Organize inventory and keep storage areas neat and accessible. Inspect equipment and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Support warehouse staff with general labor tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, maintenance, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to communicate in Spanish required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the United States.Pay:
